SHORT DESCRIPTION

·     OPTIVE FUSION is a multidose sterile solution which contains sodium hyaluronate 0.1%,sodium carboxymethylcellulose 0.5%,glycerine 0.9%,erythritol 0.5% and is preserved with PURITE 0.01% which breaks down into natural tear components on the eye.

·     OPTIVE FUSION is compatible for use with all contact lenses & can be used for 6 months from opening.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

·     Place 1 or 2 drops in the eye(s) as needed.

CONTRAINDICATION , WARNINGS , PRECAUTIONS

·     Do not use if hypersentive to any ingredients in this product

·     Do not swallow solution

·     To avoid contamination or possible eye injury,do not touch bottle tip on any surface,and avoid

·     Close the ottle tightly immediately after use

·     Do not use if packaging shows evidence of tampering

·     Discard  any remaining solution 6 months after opening

·     Do not use after expiry date marked on the product

·     Keep out of the reach of children

·     Store at room temperature

·     Do not use the bottle if the tamper-proff seal o the bottle neck is broken before you first use it

·     Do not use if solution changes colour or becomes cloudy

·     Allow 5 minutes between the administrations

·     of ophthalmic products
